Yes, but: If the pain just started, and is crampy, try Tums (calcium carbonate) or mylanta and gas x. And only give sips of flat -7-up/ginger ale (room temperature). If pain lasts more than an hour, is constant, or she has a fever over 99.9 call her Doc or take her to the ER.

Abdominal pain: It would be important to know if the pain was on the right or left. Right sided pain might indicated an acute appendix. Left side might indicate constipation or an ovarian cyst. Therefore, Take your child to the ER or your doctor for evaluation
