How do i lower my alt is at 81?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Find the cause: Unless you are taking no medications and do not drink, your physician will probably ask to repeat the test in two weeks off alcohol & meds including iboprofen. If you're still up, you'll be tested for hepatitis B & C, Wilson's, hemochromatosis, and autoimmune hepatitis. This high ALT may simply by your body's way of asking you to exercise more. Don't Rx a lab value. Best wishes.
