It is: probably due to trauma during rough sex but it could also be an std depending of your sexual history. An std lesion also could be painless. See your doctor for a check up.

Blister due to Rough Sex will be painful. In Medicine " Painless ulcer on Penis is due to Syphilis (STD) unless proven otherwise".
