Impetigo: One type of blistering skin infection is called bullous impetigo, which is not uncommon following trauma to the skin and insect bites. Often time oral antibiotics are used, but a topical antibiotic ointment applied twice daily for several days may keep the infection at bay.

A few more days: It may continue to have blister for a few more days. If the problem persists beyond 2 weeks, see your doctor. Cortisone cream is ok if it itches.

Let them heal.: The bites will heal but if the itching is a problem your pharmacy has several items to help. As for the blister let it alone and it will break open itself. There is no need for cortozone.
