Not bad: and, the problems with reflux are heavy meals, large meals, big bites, eating then lying down. All of which CAN be associated with pancakes but do not have to be. Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health

Pancakes & GERD.: The main thing that concerns me about pancakes in this context would be the size of your breakfast. Pancakes are usually the main part of a large breakfast, and large meals can trigger reflux. Using a citrus product on them, like an orange marmalade, could trigger reflux as well.
