Fever new issue?: Chronic acid indigestion has several causes and treatments. It's not usually associated with fever. So you probably have something else in addition to the acid. Go back to you doctor and try what worked before for the acid problem. Fevers are usually self limiting try Tylenol, (acetaminophen) if you have other symptoms indicative of infection (redness, cough, body aches, pain, or swelling) see a doctor right away
