Well: It may make you bleed and cramp for 2 or 3 days afterward. Even though the bleeding and cramping after sex during pregnancy is often times more related to bleeding from a friable cervix, it can be difficult to distinguish this from a threatened miscarriage. But sex isn't a cause of pregnancy loss.
