With more vigorous exercise, you might expect your heart rate to achieve 70-75% of your predicted maximum (220 minus your age) or about 137-147 beats per minute. If you feel in good, keep exercising with only gradual increases in the level of exertion as long as you are feeling comfortable during the exercise.
