See details: If your evaluation by your doctor was negative including a pregnancy test, then you most likely did not ovulate that cycle. Your doctor can give you some progesterone to take which will bring on your period. Hormone testing can be ordered if indicated such as a thyroid screening and prolactin level. Your GYN can determine this.
