I am almost a month late on my period. i have taken 2 home preg. tests which have both came out neg. no preg aunt. yet i am spotting & cramping. help!

I'm not sure how I..: ...can help other than to advise u make an appointment with your PCP or Gyno. You could have a pelvic infection (STI), a hormonal imbalance or a false reading on your pregnancy tests. Or your period might start tomorrow and u may be back to normal. I wish you the best!
