How do u know: How have you determined when you ovulate? If you are just counting from the first day of your period this could be wrong and ovulation could be occurring earlier. Normal cycles can be 21 to 35 days long. In the shorter cycles you ovulate earlier. If you truly are ovulating that close to you period, that could be a luteal phase defect and medicine like progesterone can help.
