Varies: Symptoms will depend on the site of infection i.E, in the blood, in the skin, in the lungs etc..., skin infections may cause "boils", abscess, cellulitis( redness, edema, warmth to the skin), lungs infection may also progress into an abscess, fever, cough, pneumonia, in the blood, severe infection may cause low blood pressure, bleeding due to coagulopathy etc...
