I'm a week into skipping my pills an i have bleeding i can't tell if it's breakthrough bleeding or my period,an i can't tell if it's heavy or not

Does not matter: When you skip your pills, you will bleed. This is called withdrawal bleeding. It does not matter what you call it. The most important thing is that you are exposed to pregnancy. Please use emergency contraception of unprotected sex.

Normal: The bleeding is normal. Resume your pills and use alternative protection for the next month.
