No: BTW, do you mean ability or tendency? If you're wanting to break the habit, you need to build trust that you'd be safe telling the truth or have security. It's hard to give up a useful skill, but like any habit - motivation to turn over a new leaf is the basis. Reward yourself for each honest thing you do. A therapist can help. Meds alone won't. So, if you fear they will, don't worry. What goal?
