Once fasting ends &: When you go back to your routine after Ramadan. Fasting during the day and eating only at night changes your metabolism, such affects the levels of estrogen and progesterone. If the problem continues once you go back to eating as usual you should have regular cycles within two months. If you wish to be regular you might consider oral contraceptives. Unless you wish to conceive. Wishing you health
