Maybe: Some forms of ZZZQuil have phenylepherine, a form of decongestant. It can raise blood pressure. If your BP is well controlled, it should be OK, but be sure to monitor your BP, and if it gets really high, seek medical attention. Use with caution. Hope this helps!

Zzzquil: Zzzquil contains diphenhydramine, an antihistamine( benedryl) and should be relatively safe in hypertensives. If you have persistent difficult sleeping , have it evaluated. Sleep apnea, other medications, lifestyle may present as restless sleep and can effect blood pressure. Read instructions and always let your doctor know of medication /herbal/ over the counter medication use
