Rectal fissure: The most common cause of this is either a hemorrhoid or a rectal fissure. Sometimes a hard stool can scrape and induce a small amount of bleeding. If the bleeding continues with future stools, or you feel lightheaded or have chest pain, go see your doctor or go to the ER. Hope this helps!
