Probably yes.: For males, puberty starts at around age 11 - 12 and is complete at around age 16 - 17. After puberty, adolescents experience a growth spurt, which lasts up to two years. During this period of growth, male adolescents can expect to grow up to 4 inches a year reaching their final height by age 20. As a rule of thumb, a child will be the size of the average of the parents, or slightly taller.

Most likely: Most young men do the majority of their growing between the ages of 13 and 22, some can even grow until age 25. Although your maximum height depends to a large part on the height of your parents, there is a good chance you will still grow some. Hope this helps!
