I got my ears on july 25 2014. i keep them in 4 weeks. my left ear was puffy . both of my ears have cyst like a around lump.

Ears: i presume you mean that you had your ears pierced and that you took out the earrings. Some people have reaction to the metal in the ring or have infections from the piercing. When they are removed there can be scar tissue at the site. if its still puffy you should have it checked out.
