Float heel: Put a pillow under your ankle which will take the pressure off the heel There are at medical supply companies heel protectors - a variety of kinds but floating the heel with the pillow under the calf and ankle so that you heel is not touching the bed is the cheapest method

Pillows: You may try a pillow under your leg or use a spongy noodle that kids use in swiming pool for floatations , works great.

Place a pillow: Under your lower leg to act as a calf bolster.

Ankle sprain : Hopefully you have been diagnosed by a Podiatrist that you have just an ankle sprain. The heel pain you are getting in the opposite side is due to your transferring your weight to the other side. It now has the burden of your weight on it. Try to use a cane or crutch to help you walk and wear a supportive device on your ankle sprain side. Make sure you use ice when it swells and stay off it.
