Yes: Mild iron deficiency does not, but severe forms can cause many symptoms including headache. Correcting this will alleviate this and other symptoms such as weakness, fatigue, irritability,dizziness, ice craving, and trouble concentrating

Yes: Iron deficiency that leads to anemia can contribute to headaches. At least would be a reason for more frequent headaches. However migraines are a combination of inappropriate glucose metabolism in the brain and vascular dilation and constriction of the blood vessels leading to and around the brain.

Definitely, yes: Iron deficiency can cause a range of symptoms, including headache and migraine. even a mild iron deficiency anemia may not cause noticeable symptoms, but your body does not produce enough healthy red blood cells to supply your organs adequately with oxygen causing migraine.
