There are none: A variety of diseases which do not generally appear in the normal immune competent person show up in persons with profound immuno-suppression and make physicians suspect and then test for hiv. Shortly after being infected there may be an acute HIV syndrome like infectious mono, but again this is not specific and only leads doctors to suspect hiv. Get tested if in any way u may have exposure.
