Probably not: Usually a woman stops growing at or around puberty. 10 to 15 years past puberty is definitely not common. If I had a patient that was growing that significantly after puberty I would look at her parents. If her parents are 7 feet tall then she's okay(I'm exaggerating a little). If her parents are normal height then I would check her thyroid and GH levels.

Not true: Once the growth plates of the bones fuse shortly after puberty, linear growth no longer occurs. Total height in an adult is increased by improved posture and core strength.
