Hernias of the back also occur away from the spine.. These are hernias of the posterior abdominal wall and are very rare. They would cause pain, but can be difficult to diagnose.. A CT scan would be needed.

Hernia.....My right hydroball bulging sometimes & if i press gently its going back?

Not sure: What the question is. A groin bulge or swelling is likely a hernia. Larger hernias can go into the scrotum. If you are drescribing fluid swelling of the scrotum only, then that may be a hydrocele. See your family doctor for an examination to tell what is best for you to do.

Is it possible to develop a hernia in your back?

If you are: Talking about a herniated disc, yes, very common in low back. Hernia just means something sticking through an opening, so i would need more specifics to answer your question more intelligently.
