See a doctor: If you think you have had an early miscarriage, you need to be seen to be sure that it is completed and decrease the risk of complications. 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage and 1 miscarriage does not increase the risk of future miscarriages or decrease the chance for future pregnancies as long as it is managed properly. It would be safest to use a pad until you are seen.
