Probably unrelated: If nausea is your only symptom, it is unlikely that it is related to your period or gyn in origin. many things can cause nausea including meds, anxiety, and infections. Eat lightly, stay hydrated, and rest. If it persists, see a family doctor or an urgent care clinic.

Pregnancy: Bleeding can happen with implantation. This can be mistaken as a normal period at times. Pregnancy test should be done. Other causes may be stress, reflux, etc.
