I went to l&d last night and i have 13% of fluid around the baby should i be worried? i'm 60% effective & i'm not dilated. i'm 35 weeks pregnant.

Unsure: I'm not sure what 13% of fluid means. I don't think you would have been sent home if it wasn't normal without more testing. Effacement is the thinning of the cervix that happens before you start to dilate. Yours sounds normal for 35 weeks.
