Many causes: There are many causes of dizziness. Inner ear dizziness feels like spinning, and it can be dangerous but usually isn't. If it feels more like lightheadedness (faint) then dehydration or heart problems can be to blame. Many people just feel dizzy for no detectable reason. See a doctor to start figuring it out.
