A member asked:

Does having a head cold cause dizziness after the cold has past? what if you don't know if you have an inner ear problem? could a cold bring it out?

Possible: Colds can have you feeling weird and dizzy afterwards. Viral respiratory infections sometimes lead to vestibular neuritis (inflammation of the cranial nerve that controls balance) which will lead to a very specific form of dizziness called vertigo.
