A member asked:

Got checked with gi. told me have dypepsia with fatty liver (as shown in songraphy test). i am non-smoker and non-drinker. have acid reflux. pl. help.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Fatty liver: Non alcoholic fatty liver (NAFLD - pathologically known as non alcoholic steatohepatitis - NASH) is common and varies rather dramatically in presentation and progression. Not sure what you might need help with. Should discuss your particular case with GI as to specific recommendations - such as lower fat diet, taking meds, etc.
