Retro orbit pain: These are difficult to diagnose. In a normal ophthalmogic exam, pain behind the eye may be referred or from an orbital disease process. Sinusitis, neck pain, bruxism, ear pain, upper molar pain, and many others that are facial pain disorders that may arise from neurological conditions like migraine, tic doulereaux. A consult with a neurologist may be helpful if this problem is persisting.
