Multiple causes: You should work with your doc to find the alternative causes of these changes. Infections would be one treatable cause and there are likely others. A GI doc may be a good starting point.

Be more specific: If IgA tTG was negative, there is a very little chance that you have celiac disease. However, other conditions may mimic gluten-sensitivity and some people may actually be allergic to wheat itself causing similar symptoms. The biopsy findings should be quite specific for gluten intolerance. What actually are your symptoms?
