Not directly: Not from the coffee itself; however, if you use sugar and/or cream or milk, you add calories which, if consumed in excess, can add weight over time. After a long time, the caffeine may affect the function of your adrenal glands, which can result in difficult weight management later on.

Only if cafe au lait: There are no calories in coffee so you can't gain weight drinking it. Many people, especially your age, don't like black coffee and add generous amounts of milk or cream to it (cafe au lait - in French, coffee with milk). That heaps on the calories! Lots of coffee isn't really a good beverage choice anyway. It is a stimulant. Focus on water!!
