Low blood pressure?: I wonder if the black spots might be low blood pressure. Since you already had your vision checked I would suggest having your blood pressure checked next. Sometimes when going from laying to sitting or sitting to standing blood pressure dips can cause black spots in front of our eyes and make you feel faint
