Symptoms may be same: The symptoms of anemia are usually fatigue, shortness of breath. These symptoms are not by any means related to anemia alone. They can be present in many medical situations. Pregnancy frequently leads to fatigue and shortness of breath. Anemia can also be present in pregnant women and should be looked for.
