Small back bumps: Could be folliculitis which is an infection of hair follicle , a sebacous cyst or sebacous gland infection (acne),rarely a wart or growth. Would have it checked out by doctor /urgent care , as they can enlarge. May improve with antibiotics either topical like bacitracin or oral.
