I have a lump on the v region in my groin area. on the upper right side about an inch and a half from my vagina. about as big as a dime. oval shaped?

Hard to say.: That is a tough question to answer without knowing anatomically where it is. Lymph nodes are very common in the groin but check with a good OB/GYN
