Breastfeed: It is ok to continue nursing while you take antibiotics for mastitis, that will even help to clear the infection. You should not save the milk if you do pump. Ibuprofen does not affect breastfeeding either way.

Yes: Both medications are in the lowest category of risk for effect on baby during breastfeeding. You can do so without pumping/dumping or anything other than just trying to get through this uncomfortable process.
