Cheek ridging: is an irritation, a ridge or line of fibrosed tissue on the inside of the cheek at the level to where the teeth come together. The condition is benign and caused by clenching and grinding your teeth. Your dentist will determine which single treatment or combination of treatments is right for you.

Worry and Pain: Most people think that if you're not in pain, you're fine... that's just not true. High blood pressure, diabetes, and many cancers are painless until the situation is dire. That does not mean you have a dire situation... it means that you should have your bumps/lumps diagnosed by a professional who is trained to know if they are harmless or need further attention. No internet diagnosis for this..
