Was urinating and last 4-5 seconds of stream, urine was white like paint (not clear). wasn't thick. normal density, just white like paint. urologist?

Change in urine: One can have mucus secreted by the urethra which can be expelled through contraction of the urethra during urination. If you are a woman, sometimes vaginal discharge comes out during urination making the urine look white not clear.

Not abnormal: Likely prostate secretions entered your urine stream and caused the color change. If this recurs or happens consistently a urology consult may be needed but not as a one time occurrence.
