Skin irritation: This seems like an evolving yeast colonization. Get the area dry, keep it dry, use baby powder, keep area exposed to air, and ask your OB about an antifungal cream.

It could be: Intertrigo. This is a common rash involving the skin folds, including the skin under the breasts. It could be solely related to irritation from "chafing" but also can be caused by bacteria or fungi. But it also could be from a recurrence of the chickenpox, so called shingles. This is important to know especially in pregnancy, so please seek an inperson evaluation.
