Sex: First to get you sperm your male partner has to orgasm or ejaculate. Second in some circles female orgasm is though to enhance the sperm reaching the cervix. So, in general yes. But, happening at the same time has no added benefits. Also orgasm does nothing to change when your ovary ovulates your egg.
