May be: in my understanding the treatment of a minors for STD it might be allowed without parent consent in health department only private offices most likely still need a parental consent the same will be applied for other kind of treatment or vaccines so my advise to go to your local health department Hope this helps! thank you for using health tap good luck

Call the health dept: Most or all states have similar laws, but the details vary. In my state (Washington), the HPV and hepatitis B vaccine and HIV PrEP are permitted. I don't know about IL, but I'm sure you can find out confidentially from the state health department by phone or online. But caution: legal permission may not mean free services or payment. Ask whether parents or their insurance might be billed.
