Illinois allows minors to be treated for std's without parental consent. does that include preventative treatment like vaccines and/or prep for hiv?

Call the health dept: Most or all states have similar laws, but the details vary. In my state (Washington), the HPV and hepatitis B vaccine and HIV PrEP are permitted. I don't know about IL, but I'm sure you can find out confidentially from the state health department by phone or online. But caution: legal permission may not mean free services or payment. Ask whether parents or their insurance might be billed.
