Yes, but a risk: It sounds like you are trying to treat a stomach acid problem, using pantoprazole and Peptac. They both reduce gastric acidity. The Peptac, though, because its active ingredient is sodium bicarbonate, can cause high blood pressure (hypertension) and other problems of excessive sodium intake if take too often.
