Yes: The pressure in your skin from the CPAP usually causes skin and infra-orbital irritation.

Possible air leak: Sometimes the mask has an air leak, and if the air is dry, it may dry the eyes out overnight. A proper fitting mask would help. Sometimes dermatomyositis is associated with changes in the coloration of the eyelids also.
