Infection: See a primary care doctor or gynecologist and have the issue evaluated and treated. It is likely infection. If you are sexually active an STD is a possibility.

May be yeast: I would agree that this is likely an infection and you should see your gynecologist or primary medical provider. Your symptoms suggest the infection may be caused by yeast (also called candida or monilia). Hope that helps.
