Maybe normal: The labia minora does have small glands that often have the appearance that you mention. An obgyn will need to see the area to tell you if you are seeing normal anatomy or something abnormal. Discharge will change throughout the menstrual cycle. If you feel what you are seeing is not typical for you then consider scheduling a visit for an exam and testing
