Many things: Keep in mind that whatever we say, it does not represent a diagnosis, since all we know is what you say. But the hypoK and dehydration suggests a VIPoma. But you would have diarrhea, usually big time. These are rare. The hot flashes and amenorrhea suggest estrogen deficiency, but that could be secondary. See your doctor.

VIP dehydration: sounds like hypokalemic rhabdomylosis due to an endocrine secreting tumor Unusual for your age but pheochromocytoma would be high on my list. Any issues with facial flushing or high BP?? Additional testing including urine for 24 hours should be done. Your doctor needs to run these tests to exclude a pheo. good luck

Carcinoid syndrome: Neuroendocrine tumor of the gastrointestinal tract usually, but can also involve the pancreas and lung. Please see an Oncologist. Octreotide and other somatostatin derivatives can help with symptoms. The tumor(s) need to be localized, staged, and then treated accordingly. http://www.carcinoid.org/content/review-carcinoid-cancer
