Very: Plan B is very effective taken that soon after intercourse. The bigger concern is why your period was already late. Is it possible that you could have already been pregnant? If you are only using condoms for contraception, that is a real possibility. Condoms do decrease the risk of STDs but you need to choose a more reliable method for contraception. In the meantime, check a pregnancy test.

Probably not pregnan: If you were at the end of your period and the condom broke the chance is very slim to nil that you would be pregnant The PlanB is effective but works better later. Overall you probably are safe
