No worries: Just start the next pack when you usually would and you should have no problems. If you are still vomiting, that needs to be assessed. Otherwise you should still be protected from pregnancy since it was the last pill. To be extra safe, if you wanted to you could use a condom as a backup for the first 7 days of your next pack of pills.
